On 81N, just past the LaFayette Exit.
A single trooper car is waiting just a 100 or 200 yards north of the LaFayette exit on 81N. He will be on the right side of the highway, under a big tree.
He is on duty when they don’t have a someone on the bridge over 81 just before the LaFayette exit. When they are on the bridge, they have 5 or 6 chase cars on the entrance ramp waiting to go after you when you pass by.
