This is definitely a speed trap and the radar officer sits in his car at the entrance of the Belzer Boy Scout Camp and driving from either dirction, either going down the long hill or coming up from Fall Creek Parkway if you're going faster than 25mph when you spot him it's too late! They lowered the speed limit down to 25mph on Boy Scout Road and all over Lawrence as a matter of "public safety" , SURE! Speeding tickets bring in big revenue.,,,, Be alert, radar is everywhere in Lawrence!
