On Carroll near 114
Speed limit is 30 for the sole purpose of collecting revenue. It is a four lane road that should be at least 40 to 45. That being said, cop said I was going 46, which I wasn’t, and even had the wrong car and plate on my ticket. This has stopped any chance of me ever going to Southlake again to spend my hard earned money. I will not support a crooked town or a crooked police department.
