I got pulled over by the Damascus police outside of city limits. He stated that I was going 63 in 45. I have never speeded in my 21 years of driving. Not even a warning!!! If we don'the get together and fight the city of Damascus, then they will keep on writing these outrageous tickets. They write 4 times the tickets than what their population is. Does anybody know a lawyer that would do a class action lawsuit against the police department?
