On Garrett Shortcut Road
There’s a dirt road that turns off into the cemetery in Garrett, going up the hill,on the Garrett Shortcut. Mostly, the Garrett Borough police officer will sit there and run radar, though on occasion, the PA State Police will sit there too. Speed limit is 25.
Also, the Garrett Borough police officer will sit in between the post office and the First National Bank building.

First off, municipal police officers in PA are not allowed to run radar. Two, the speed limit is 45mph both going south and north. There are no timing lines on the road (Garrett Shortcut) so therefore there is no speed trap.
Going down the hill towards Garrett, the speed limit is 25, not 45.
I too, have also seen cops sitting in that turn-off, into the cemetery.
