On Highway 58 Leaving Welland At Archer Truck Repair
They set-up at the Archer Truck Repair coming into and going out of welland, there is a little side street there. Either with tripod or with radar gun. They catch you from down the road were you cant really notice them. One runs the radar while others flag you in were you are out of sight, were they can continue nabing others.
