On Highway 64 between Interstate 40 and Ft. Smith
People going to Ft. Smith from the West exit I-40 and take Highway 64 East thru Roland and across the Arkansas bridge into downtown Ft. Smith. The portion of 64 that is in the Roland city limits is constantly patrolled by city cops with radar. The trap pays for the oversize police force and civic projects.
