On Highway 83 before I-10
As you are headed North on Highway 83 between Sahuarita and I-10 there are a series of hills. The last hill before I-10 has a big pulloff at the top by some tall powerline poles. Sometimes a Sheriff’s Deputy is up there in the pull off. The speed limit is 55 but most people are going faster up that lonely desert highway.
