You don’t need to be speeding to be pulled over since Chino Police will come up with any speed. Watch for this at night and early a.m. according to Chino Police Chief an officer will pull out his taser gun to demonstrate the function of the Lidar device, as a matter of customer service. I wonder what else the Chino Police Department does to the public?
