On Hwy 25 From Sweetwater Road to Hwy 19 and also to Johnston
Hwy 25 for the most part is very rural 4 lane road with a huge median up to hwy 19. That is the section where most of the speed traps take place.. The hwy is mostly 55 mph…
Starting at the Edgefield county line at Sweetwater rd..To hwy 19…And also all the way to Johnston town limits ..Both Edgefield County SC and the SC highway patrol both use it to make easy money. For just minor infractions .Like 6 over the limit in such a rural area , and the road for the most part is the size of an Interstate.. I have lived all over South Carolina this is the worst speed trap area I have ever seen in my 55 years of living .
