As you travel through this shithole town, the speed magically changes from 70 mph to 45 mph to 30 mph somewhere, and guess who is there waiting on you! The highly trained, zero common sense, ticketing machines of Dumbass, TX. They obviously fill the city account with the money from all the hard working out-of-towners heading to a nice state like Colorado for vacation. Nobody is headed to Dumas! They appear to be a growing town and I just hope that the hundreds of thousands of people traveling through this town will plan ahead and spend your gas, food, lodging dollars at the other towns on each side of Dumas. I feel bad for the people of the town, but they should voice an opinion on this matter before it is to late! Our right to be treated fairly is obviously non-existant in Dumas, TX. The only option they give you is to come to court, yeah right, I’m going to drive ten hours to come to a court of locals and try to appeal a ticket from a department that is funding the city!
