On Hwy 70 going south entering Wayne
As you enter Wayne from the north on Hwy 70 the speed drops to 55 and then in 500 feet it drops to 45 on a curve and the officer is there with the radar and you are speeding, because unless you hit your brakes coasting will not slow you down enough.
