On Hwy SS, on the north edge of town
Traffic coming into town from the north have a drop in the speed limit from 45 to 25. There is often a cop with radar right where the limit drops to 25. Also, the speed limit going north remains at 25, even though the surrounding area appears quite rural.

They lowered the speed limit on that stretch a few years ago from 35, which was reasonable. It's obvious as to why they lowered it, especially keeping it artificially low even at the north edge of town...major ticket getter. 30MPH would still be marginally reasonble, but 25? I say BULL!
