On I 35 E at Italy, Texas
The Interstate is under construction between Hillsborough and Waxahatchie (TX) and this small town "deputy Dog" city policeman at Italy, TX camps out in the construction machinery and nails people driving with the flow of traffic going toward or from the Dallas metroplex area. I 35E is the major Interstate out of Mexico running through Texas to the Canadian border at Duluth, Minnesota

speed all the way from Dallas was 70 and 75. I was completely with traffic. Never saw the 65 MPH sign. immediatly up the road turned back to 70. To make it worse, had quesitons about documentation with ticket for paying fine. Don't call the office. They hung up on me when I was just asking for clarification.
