Motorcycle cop using radar North of school zone on Carroll Ave. I was Traveling South on Carroll from Dove Rd. at 43mph in a 30 mph zone. This a semi populated area with no posted speed zone sign in area traveled. Just came down Dove Rd. with a posted speed of 40 mph. After turning South onto Carroll, I saw no reason the limit should be any different. Wrong!. This out of state driver got no sympathy from the officer, However, was very courteous. This area must be a great revenue producer for Southlake.
