You are on a downhill slope going north on Peachtree Industrial Pkwy. The speed limit is 55MPH. The speed limit turns to 65MPH north of Sugarloaf. The light’s green, you ease into 70 (5MPH past 65). The Duluth cops clock you for going 70 in a 55 right before the intersection then follow you past the intersection to give you the ticket in the 65MPH zone because you exceeded the speed limited before you got to the light. Generates a lot of cash for Duluth, GA.

Actually, the speed limit on that entire stretch of road is 55 MPH. I drive it everyday to work. Also, they will set up a speed trap on the south side of sugarloaf near the golf course at night. If you do sixty, and are not being aggresive (TAILGATING) they usually don't bother you...
The speed limit on the stretch of PIB north of Abbotts Bridge Road has been REDUCED to 45 MPH from 55.
