On the west bound lane of N. Popular Street across from Marvil Dr. just before the traffic light at the of Intersection of 5 points. Of roads Alt. 13, Woodland Ferry Rd., N. Popular Street and Rte. 9. You will find hiding behind several dirt piles is a Laurel Town PD. Dark, Gray Dodge Charger on the west bound shoulder of N. Popular Street. This Street Is posted as 25 mph the Town Officer will claim you are traveling at around 37- 38 mph and will give you a violation for 30 mph saying he is giving you a break. FYI the fine is $85 Plus Fees and the town alderman will not cut you any slack.
