On Rt 2
Police usually hide on Rt 2 between Rt 306 and Rt 615. They sit in the "authorized vehicles only" turn around areas. At night they usually have their lights off, so they are hard to see unless you watch the head lights on the other side of the freeway and can make out a car sitting, which has worked for me.

Police and State Troopers must sit with the lights on in their cars, if you are smart enough you can get the ticket thrown out for entrapment
