On Swamp Pike between Route 663 and Route 73
Between Hampton Drive and N Werstler Ave on Swap Pike, there is an Allstate Insurance Building with white timing strips out front. Don’t bother to look for the police vehicle, he’s down in the driveway and by then it’s too late. The officer stated it’s a 35-45 officer discretion, but above that forget it.

This is definitely a speed trap,i live close enough to it to see the officer sitting there and also to see him tearing out of there in pursuit of offenders,he is an old,overweight officer and i suspect this is the only job he is physically capable of performing in a police uniform,if he engages you in a foot chase,just run,you will get away.
