On the 15 north just befor the cosmodome
On the 15 before the 440 just after the "sound-wall" finish you got around 5 to 10 RCMP cops waiting and arresting people non-stop but north trafic only.. If you go south as soon as you enter the "sound-wall" you are safe if they didnt already catched you !
