Police park in a parking lot right after you come up an incline in the road. The trap is right before the speed limit switches from 40 to 55. When coming from Humble you have to stay on the feeder because they do not let you enter the freeway for about 5 miles because of construction. The speed limit on the freeway is 55mph. I think the speed limit should be 55mph because they are using the feeder as a temporary freeway. I asked the officer why he stopped me instead of the cars in front of me who were going the same speed. He said I was the one there when he turned on his radar, he told me it takes him 15 minutes to stop someone, ticket them, return to his spot and turn the radar on again. So every 15 minutes they write a ticket.
