On the northbound side of I-295 at exit #17
State trooper in a Dodge Durango sits facing south on the northbound side of I-295 just north of the exit #17 on ramp in the tall grass. There is a commercial building for sale at the exit and overgrown grass and weeds that conceal the trooper until "it’s too late." I have seen the trooper posted in this spot daily from anywhere from 8:00 am thru noon.
