On US 69, 3 mile construction zone and 25 mph school zone
From the south on US 69 posted speed drops from 75 to 40 and then 10 seconds after the last 40 mph sign a 25 mph school zone sign appears. All fines are doubled because of construction. New police in this very small town making a lot of money for the city.

Pay attention to your surroundings! All traffic signs in the State of Texas say the exact same thing. Take responsibility for your actions, if you speed expect to get a ticket. If you do not get stopped this time you will get stopped eventually. TxDot sets the speed limit signs and the speed limit on all highways, you getting a ticket doesn't make it a speed trap.
