On west side of Bertram on Hwy 29
On Christmas dat 2008 I was traveling east on Hwy 29 at 55 mph in the outside lane because I had not changed lanes after I had passed a slower moving car.
I saw the police car lights when two cars on the inside lane passed me at a fast speed. I slowed down and moved to the inside lane. The police car made a uturn and drove past me. When he could not see the speeding cars he slowed down moved behind me and gave me a ticket. Saying I was ahead of the other cars.
