On Woodlands Parkway between East and West Panther Creek
There’s a little bridge on Woodlands Parkway between East Panther Creek and West Panther Creek. Cops are always posted right up there, at the large bridge between E. Panther Creek and Grogans Mill. Watch out! They are there all times of the day and they are always pulling people over.
