Just after the Canadian Tire/Mall when exiting town, there is a grassy empty lot with a driveway on the right (before festival city motors) where they sit, generally at night. Also beware of this as entering town.

Also watch for cruisers in the old GM gary stockie parking lot beside pizza hut and at the Mufflerman further up the road.
