Otis Drive
Otis Drive, between Crown Beach and Grand Street, Police in cars and Motorcycles just off the side streets. I drive this street at about 26 MPH 4 days a week while others drive 40 or more and tickets are issued almost every day.

Alameda is a 25 mph city - and it is strictly enforced. One place to beware - coming out of the tube headed to constitution way (left split of the fork). Somehow it seems they get you before coming over the slight incline. They're there with the radar guns, pulling you over just before you hit Atlantic Ave. Another place is Otis, near the bridge during rush hour a.m. and p.m.
