This is an area that cops can sit back in the many business buildings lining the street and watch for speeders. Mountain View High School is located just off the road and they tend to sit there around 7:00am and again at 2:30-4:00pm.
Weekends are also a big time for cops to get speeders along Overland. Remember this is 40mph. It is very easy to speed along this road due to the open area with very few stop lights or signs. Be careful!
