Oyler Avenue near Bennette Street
On Oyler Ave going East to East Main is posted 25 mph but there is a sharp "dip" in the road and at the bottom of the dip if your not ridding your brakes hard your going to pick up speed. At the bottom is Bennette street where OHPD uses as it’s "trap" to nail you.
