Palomar Airport Road, 1 Mile East and West of the Airport
Carlsbad PD sit in the center divider on their BMW’s, one points east and the other west, with handheld radar (no laser). They are at this stretch pretty heavy during the hours of 7:30 AM until around 3:30 PM, depending on the weather.
