From S. Prospect Ave. to Milne Street (just south Of Sepulveda Blvd). A Motorcyle Patrolman sometimes parks in a driveway of one of the homes on Palos Verde Blvd. hidden from sight by the shrubbery and uses Radar.

Yes, it is a speed trap. It comes up when I search Torrance speed traps - but is patrolled (at least part of the time) by Redondo Beach police. Just how does that work?
