It is posted @ 35 until you pass Tsugawa's, so don't accelerate until go beyond the side street in front of the nursery. I have watched WPD and WSP poach from the espresso stand at the card lock commercial fueling station many times. I avoided being pinched just by luck several times- watch your speed on that frontage.
