Motor Officers sit in pairs in the Albertson’s Shopping Center and in the parking lot of Twin Oaks Park. They are targeting the students at Rocklin High School and the morning commuters heading out towards Highway 65.

Keep in mind- the defintion of a speed trap is when the posted signs indicate a speed lower than what an engineering traffic survey (ETS) found to be the safe speed AND an officer then writes a ticket based on that low speed.
