Parked over 2 parking spots facing west at Bass Lake Playfields
Cop was parked over 2 parking spaces facing west at Bass Lake Playfields where people coming from the south would not see him until they actually pass by the park. People going south would not see him until they can see the park and where he is parked by the softball field there on the south side.
