About 3/4 of a mile North of Chicago/Bloomington Road on Parker Road is a 90 degree left hand curve. The speed limit on Parker is 30 mph and then close to the curve it is posted as 15 mph. A squad car, usually black unmarked County Sherriff squad, backs in off the top of the curve and uses a radar gun to clock North bound Parker Road travelers. Because the squad is backed in among some trees it is very hard to spot it until you have been clocked.
