I have been driving past this parking lot daily now for 3 months. I pass this exact location every day at 3pm and at 12:30am in the morning, and I have never seen any police officers. As a matter of fact, I've never so much as picked anything up on my radar detector in this area. I'm assuming this post is about the parking lot to the North of Solo Cup (now called Dart). If it is about the parking lot directly to the East, that would be the Champaign County Sheriff's Department and while there are indeed multiple police cars in their parking lot, the are unoccupied and are not part of a speed trap.
