Parking lot next to Walgreen’s on Grand Ave.
Officers sit behind the small Atrium building in the lot next to Walgreen’s. Speed limit is 45 until you cross over Breiel Blvd. and it changes to 35 immediately. You cannot see the officers because they sit 40-50 ft. back from the road.
