Brighton Police sit and watch stop signs and ticket anyone who does not come to a COMPLETE stop. You had better stop and count to 3 at every stop sign in the complex or they will nail you. Favorite place they sit is in the Holiday Express lot.

The Brighton traffic officer preys on out-of-towners, driving alone (7 of 7 at court with me). Even if you stop completely, as I did, you have to go to court and call the cop a liar or accept his offer. So you just pay the $200 no points plea, instead of the $135 with 3 pts. which lets your insurance company have its way with you.
