Parkway Avenue near US Highway 7
there are three city officers in a parking lot, that are out of their cars and they are flaging down drivers and telling them to pull into the near by school so that they can add an extra fine for driving over the speed limit in a school zone, but at the time when they are tagged with radar they are not in the school zone.
