Paseo Padre Parkway east bound between Newark Blvd and Deep Creek
The speed limit from Newark Blvd headed towards Deep Creak is a reasonable 45 MPH. However, at the top of the railroad bridge (and going DOWNHILL mind you), it changes to 35 mph. Motorcycle cops love to hide in the parking lot of the little strip mall on the right at the bottom of the hill and nab folks. I’m on that stretch of road evryday and I would say at least 80% of the cars remain going 45 mph.
