Patriot Street near John Ehret
There is a motorcycle cop that sits on the corner of Lapalco and one of the Avenue (mostly near Avenue A)streets. He will stop writing his current ticket to tag his next victim. I’ve counted as much as 8 cars lined up waiting to be written up a speeding ticket
