PCH and Seal Beach Blvd
On Seal Beach Blvd between PCH and Electric Ave cops hide in the turnout in front of the Naval Weapons Base. They’re usually in their all white Jeeps and often park in pairs to pick off cars as they speed in and out of the neighborhood.
