PCH south, starting before bridge crossing Santa Ana River.
Bike cop radar located on north side of the south bound lanes going over PCH at beginning of passing over Santa Ana River Bridge into West Newport Beach. Traffic tendency is acceleration after last south bound PCH signal in Huntington Beach at Brookhurst and then slowing down after crossing SAR bridge.
