Peach St. is a North/South street with a 25mph limit and with only a couple of houses and mostly wooded area. Only seen 10 to 12 other cars on it in last 3 years. The cross streets are 35mph, those streets are heavy with houses.
1/2 mile away is the High School with a 25mph limit with a nearby factory and if you
go much less than 40 mph you will get run off the road. The Police are never
there to slow them down. The day a kid gets hit by a car, is the day I go to the media!!
