Pearl Road, near burger king, between State and Zoo
White mobile speed camera. Ability to be moved at any point in time. Saw it at 6pm on Pearl Road facing towards where State and Pearl meet, then at 12am it was moved just outside the Burger King on Pearl Road just before the street where the zoo is. Watch out, they have been moving it around a lot
