The 60km sign near the bridge is somewhat obscured by the lights so may not be noticed. By the time you see the second 60km sign they have already got your speed in the gun from nearly 600m away. It has to be deliberately set up this way. If you come from the south there are 60km signs on their own posts near the traveled surface and at the appropriate height and size. For southbound traffic the signs are farther off the road and high on street lights to increase the likelihood you will miss them I assume. The most glaringly obvious problem is the inadequate and non standard signs. Everyone who is ticketed here should fight it. If the signs were right there would be few tickets.
