Penn Street near 63rd & Penn. and 63rd & Western

Nichols Hills is a posh, residental, bedroom community with virtually no tax base. Virtually the only income for this very posh community, is donations from its resdience, its very high water rates, and its traffic enforcement. The officers of this departmen work only their boundary streets, of Penn, N. Western Ave, and NW 63rd Street. Tickets are commonly issued for 5 miles per hour over the speed limit. The officer also commonly write citations for every offense that they can. On Penn. Ave. the speed limit goes from 40mph to 25mph, all the way through Nichols Hills, and you can bet that of you are going over 25mph, you will be stopped and cited. Being that the cities main source of revenue most certainly has to be traffic citations, they work the border streets with OKC very vigrously. The judge seems not care what you have to say, and is only seems to be interested in you paying the citations or the adminstrative fees, if they offer them.
