Pennsylvania Avenue near Flora Park
Penn Ave is a very hilly street. Most of the street is 30 mph. However at the entrance to Flora Park it changes to 25 mph and cops love to sit right at the entrance to the park and pick up speeders. In that location they can also keep an eye on the park as well.

They recently changed where the speed limit changes to 25, to cover more area near the school. Basically, at any point that you can see the cop car in Flora Park, you should be going 25. They have a clear line of sight to both sides of the hill, and it's very easy to come into their sight going too fast, especially if you don't notice the new location of the 25mph signs.
