The Officer sits on his bike between the trees in a cut-out
that the City provided on a hill with a speed limit of 35 mph. He stops two to three cars at a time coming down hill.
It is very hard to hold your speed to 35 mph going down hill in this area with no schools or walkers in the area. The officer sits in with the trees so he can not be seen un
till 75 to 100 feet.
