White photo radar van is frequently parked on the south side of Thomas Rd. between Granite Reef and Pima, although occasionally is is on the north side of the street. Posted speed limit is 40 or 45. Photo is triggered when cars go 10 over the limit. Traffic usually moves pretty fast along this stretch of road. The van is there most days and nights.
